Tom Posey founded Domain Realty in 1993. With over 36 years of real estate experience, he started learning the industry in 1980 as a fast food developer and owner. In 1988, he acquired his Georgia real estate license. The initial focus was on site selection for high traffic retail uses including QSR’s, banks and gas stations. He provided site selection services for Walmart, brokering the purchase of the first locations in the state of Pennsylvania. Since then, Tom has closed over $236 million in land and property sales by focusing on the needs of developers, investors and end users. Previously, Tom closed for a leading computing and accounting software provider, servicing the needs of auto part retailers and distributors across the southeast. He is a Furman University graduate and was formerly a professional golf player and instructor.
Devan Posey joined Domain in 2011. With over 10 years as a licensed broker, he grew up immersed in the commercial real estate industry. His initial focus was on office and REO. He closed bank owned assets left over from the last recession. Since then, Devan has closed 213 transactions both individually and together with Tom. Gaining extensive experience servicing the needs of developers, investors, and end users throughout the greater Atlanta area. Devan approaches every opportunity as a chance to provide value by leveraging his market knowledge, relationships and the cumulative experience of the team in order to navigate the many challenges and obstacles our clients face. He is an Atlanta native, currently residing in Vinings.
